The only difference between the packages is the payment terms and number of devices. All Premium packages include:

Cancel at anytime. You do not need to call us to cancel, you can cancel the service yourself in your account.

Note: You must maintain an active subscription to access the web software and premium services. If you cancel your subscription, you keep the hardware.

Can I purchase additional devices and Experiences?

When will I receive the devices?

Do I need to wait until I receive the devices before creating Experiences for the exhibits?

No. You do NOT have to wait for your devices to arrive to get started. Within one business day of making a purchase, your account will reflect the number of Experiences (and devices) you purchased. For example, if you purchased seven devices, your account will reflect seven additional Experiences and seven additional devices.

At that point you can start creating the Experiences for your museum's exhibits and then configure the SmartLinks cards when they arrive.

If I get a Subscription plan when will I be billed?

Your subscription plan billing will begin on the day you place your order.

If you purchase a monthly subscription plan, you will automatically be charged on the same day each month. For example, if you sign up on the 6th of the month, that will be your billing date each month going forward (until you cancel your subscription).

If you purchase an annual plan, 365 days later (unless you cancel the subscription plan before then) you will be charged the same recurring amount via the same payment method you made the original purchase with.

Can you send me an invoice?

What happens to the devices if I cancel my subscription?

If you enroll in a subscription plan and cancel your plan in the future, he’s what will happen:

You will maintain ownership of the holders and SmartLink cards. However:

All recurring billing will stop.
All Experiences (and content blocks) you added will be permanently deleted.
Your SmartLink cards will no longer function.

Note: To cancel a subscription, login to your 42Kites account, visit the My Account page and there you will see a link near Funding Source to cancel your subscription.
