If for any reason you need assistance setting up your digital experiences, we provide unlimited, one-on-one, tech support (free of charge) to help you get your Premium system up and running. We call this our “Impossible To Fail” guarantee.
Always Perfect Insurance
We want everything to be just right for you. If any part of the device breaks, tears or cracks, we'll send you a new one for free. Simply send us a photo of the damaged device (we'll use this to improve the product design) and we'll ship out a brand new device to you asap.
