Yes! You can purchase additional devices and Experiences anytime.

You’ll receive your premium devices within seven business days from placing your order. We will send you a tracking number once the package has shipped.

No. You do NOT have to wait for your devices to arrive to get started. Within one business day of making a purchase, your account will reflect the number of Experiences you purchased. For example, if you purchased ten devices, your account will reflect ten additional Experiences.

At that point you can start creating the Experiences for your guests and then configure the SmartLink Cards when they arrive.

Your subscription plan billing will begin on the day you place your order, this first payment includes the one-time hardware & onboarding AND your first year of the Annual License Fee.

Going forward, each year on the same day (unless you cancel the subscription plan before then) you will be charged the Annual License Fee amount via the same payment method you made the original purchase with.

All your orders can be found in the My Account screen, you can create a PDF from that screen.

If you cancel your plan in the future (you can do this in the My Account screen - you do not need to call us), he’s what will happen:

You will maintain ownership of the holders and SmartLink Cards, however:

• Recurring billing will stop for that subscription.
• All your Experiences (and content blocks) you added will be permanently deleted.
• All your our SmartLink Cards will no longer function.

Note: To cancel a subscription, login to your 42Kites account, visit the My Account page and there you will see a link labeled Subscriptions, click the subscription you want to cancel and then click the Cancel button.
