We want everything to be just right for you. If any part of the device breaks, tears or cracks, we'll send you a new one for free. Simply send us a photo of the damaged device (we'll use this to improve the product design) and we'll ship out a brand new device to you asap. We call this our “Always Perfect” guarantee.

If for any reason you need assistance setting up your digital experiences, we provide unlimited, one-on-one, tech support (free of charge) to help you get your Premium system up and running. We call this our “Impossible To Fail” guarantee.
